Participating lenders and/or mortgage brokers can only offer loans to residents of the states in which they are licensed and/or authorized to make such loans. Participating lenders and mortgage brokers are not attempting to make loans outside their authorized states or country merely by acquiring your information from our website.

During the enrollment process, certain information is collected from new clients, including such items as:

• Debt Information (Credit Card/Loan Account Numbers & Balances)
• Personal Information (Address, Phone, E-Mail Address, Salary, Pay Period, Employer, Occupation, Gender)
• Budget Information (Assets, Monthly Expenses, Other Income)

We reserve the right to release such information to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law.
